Polishing
is performed on a wide range of internal and external components, household
fixtures and specialty items. If the
part’s material is sufficient, our process can remove most nicks and
blemishes.

Wheels – motorcycle, auto, big truck:
Our wheel
polishing machine produces a clear finish that is far superior to that which is
found on common aftermarket wheels. We
can make most banged-up, heavily oxidized, aluminum wheels look excellent.
Trim:
The
original anodizing is removed and the parts are straightened before polishing.
Components – valve covers, air
cleaners, interior panels:
Many
components are made of cast aluminum that is very porous. These parts are normally better suited for
polishing rather than plating due to the potential for defects or poor adhesion
caused by the porosity.
Trim:
Stainless
steel trim is straightened, flattened, and filed before polishing. Some SS trim was originally chrome plated
from the factory.
Brake rotors:
Non-magnetic
stainless can be polished to a high luster that is comparable to chrome. Magnetic stainless often will not achieve as
clear a finish.

Specialty items:
Copper and
brass can be brought to a beautiful shine relatively easily. However, remember that these metals will
tarnish very quickly without a protective coating.
